Matty Blair nicks late point for Doncaster to stun dominant Charlton

Matty Blair grabbed an injury-time equaliser for Doncaster as Charlton missed the opportunity to close the gap on the Sky Bet League One play-off places.
Patrick Bauer’s first-half header looked to have put Charlton on course for a deserved victory against an off-colour Doncaster side.
But Blair headed Rovers level in stoppage time to ensure a positive end to veteran skipper James Coppinger’s 500th league appearance for the club.
German centre-half Bauer rose unchallenged at the back post to head in a Jake Forster-Caskey corner after 18 minutes.
Rovers lacked inspiration and quality and could count a tame strike from John Marquis straight at Ben Amos as their only real chance of note of the first 45 minutes.
Charlton had several opportunities to widen their advantage with goalkeeper Ian Lawlor denying both Tarique Fosu and Ben Reeves from close range.
And Tom Anderson produced a brilliant goal-saving challenge to keep out Fosu after the Charlton winger rounded Lawlor with just 13 minutes left.
Blair punished the miss when he charged in to head home after Luke McCullough’s shot looped up off a defender.
