CRISTIANO RONALDO put his La Liga woes behind him as the Super Bowl LII beckoned.
The Real Madrid superstar posted an American Football themed picture ahead of 'the Greatest Show on Turf.'
Ronaldo, subbed in Real's latest upset - a 2-2 with Levante - was obviously looking forward to Philadelphia Eagles vs the New England Patriots in Minneapolis.
He posed in a black Nike American football uniform - complete with his famed No 7 on the jersey.
It's not the first time Ronaldo has shown a keen interest in gridiron. Back in 2014 before the World Cup, Portugal trained at the New York Jets' practice ground.
Ronaldo got taught how to throw a ball by then-wide receiver David Nelson.
Super Bowl 2018 is the grand final of the NFL season - American Football's showpiece event.
Which is more than can be said of Real Madrid's - or Ronaldo's - soccer performance against Levante this weekend.
Ronaldo was substituted for the first time in eight months with 10 minutes remaining and was said to f***** off.
The Portuguese star was obviously annoyed with manager Zinedine Zidane, blanking him as he walked past.

"Don't film me, focus on the game," said the 32-year-old as Real dropped yet more points in their dismal La Liga season.
As it was Real, minus Ronaldo, let a 2-1 lead slip.
Zinedine Zidane's side conceded an 89th minute equaliser and remain in fourth in the table.
