Bolton boss Phil Parkinson could throw all his deadline-day signings into his squad for Friday night’s Sky Bet Championship clash against Bristol City.
Leading scorer Gary Madine was sold to Cardiff in a reported £6million deal, but Bolton saw Zach Clough and Tyler Walker come in on loan from Nottingham Forest.
West Ham youngster Reece Burke and full-back Jon Flanagan from Liverpool also arrived ahead of the deadline, so could be in contention.
Midfielder Darren Pratley continues his recovery from a broken leg.
Bristol City defender Nathan Baker starts a three-game ban after being sent off against QPR last weekend.
Baker was shown a straight red card for his tackle on Josh Scowen and the Football Association rejected his subsequent appeal against the dismissal.
Matty Taylor is set to spend around a month on the sidelines following hernia surgery.
Luke Steele will continue in goal as Frank Fielding (thigh) remains on the casualty list alongside Eros Pisano (hamstring), Jens Hegeler (knee), Callum O’Dowda (ankle) and Milan Djuric (groin).
