Trio could land Yeovil debuts against Grimsby

Yeovil will have a trio of new signings available for the Sky Bet League Two clash with Grimsby at Huish Park.

Striker Alex Fisher made his debut off the bench in the FA Cup defeat to Manchester United on Friday night and could be pushing for a start after arriving from Motherwell.

Fellow frontman Ryan Seager joined from Southampton on loan for the rest of the season, while defender Shaun Donnellan arrives in Somerset on a permanent deal from West Brom.

Midfielder Otis Khan is unvailable through suspension.

Jake Kean is a doubt for Grimsby after the on-loan goalkeeper suffered an injury in the build-up to Saturday’s 1-0 defeat to Luton – their fourth consecutive home loss.

Ben Killip came into the starting line-up, with goalkeeping coach Andy Warrington named on the bench, and the former is likely to keep his spot should Kean fail to recover.

Recent signing Mallik Wilks came on for his debut against the Hatters and will hope to feature more prominently on Tuesday night.

Jamille Matt passed a fitness test on a hamstring strain to play at the weekend and should continue, while the Mariners will hope Sam Jones recovers from illness to feature.
