Milton Keynes Dons vs Coventry - Aneke sits out FA Cup clash through suspension

MK Dons will be without the suspended Chuks Aneke for the visit of Coventry in the FA Cup.

Aneke was sent off during the league defeat to Northampton last weekend and the forward will begin a three-match ban on Saturday.

Dan Micciche will take charge of the Dons for the first time following his appointment as manager and it remains to be seen if he will make any changes to the starting line-up, with Aneke having been a substitute at Sixfields.

The fit again Aidan Nesbitt, Ed Upson, Kieran Agard and Robbie Muirhead are among those players pushing for recalls.

Kyel Reid is banned for Coventry after being sent off while on loan at Colchester earlier this month.

The winger serves the final game of his ban at the weekend but was not expected to feature anyway and could leave the club next week.

Rod McDonald has been nursing a groin injury over the last month but has been on the bench for the past couple of games and offers options in defence.

Tony Andreu remains out with a long-term knee injury along with Jodi Jones, who is expected to be sidelined for the season.
