Accrington head into Saturday’s home clash with Port Vale with boss John Coleman having reported only “one or two bumps and bruises” were sustained against Cheltenham last time out.
Winger Erico Sousa is available to return to the matchday squad having recovered from his recent ankle issue.
Coleman is hopeful Stanley will have midfielder Seamus Conneely (groin) back in the next couple of weeks.
The 2-0 victory at Cheltenham on Saturday made it three successive wins in League Two for Coleman’s side, who are third in the table.
Donovan Wilson will hope for a first start for Port Vale after making his debut as a substitute in last weekend’s 1-1 home draw with Yeovil.
Manager Neil Aspin threw on the 20-year-old frontman, a loan signing from Wolves, at half-time along with midfielder David Worrall and was rewarded when the pair linked up in the move which earned the late penalty from which Tom Pope equalised.
They replaced Cristian Montano and Marcus Harness as Aspin looked to change the shape of his team, and could come into his thoughts for the trip to the Wham Stadium.
New signing Luke Hannant could also be involved following his move from Gateshead but Chris Regis is unlikely to figure after being ordered to improve his attitude by his manager, while striker Dan Turner has joined Tamworth on a month-long loan deal.
