Harrison Reed ruled out of Norwich clash with Millwall

Norwich midfielder Harrison Reed will miss out against Millwall at Carrow Road.

Reed, on loan from Southampton, was forced off midway through the first half of the goalless draw at Burton on Saturday with a dead leg and a hip injury.

Alex Tettey, James Maddison and Alex Pritchard came off the bench during that game and should be in contention to start.

Josh Murphy, Jamal Lewis and Timm Klose were unused substitutes and could also return.

Conor McLaughlin and Tom Elliott are expected to return to the Millwall squad for the trip.

Boss Neil Harris suggested the injured duo would have been involved against QPR had the derby clash been played on Saturday instead of Friday night.

Mahlon Romeo came in for McLaughlin as the Lions claimed a 1-0 win against the Hoops and impressed, meaning he may yet keep his starting berth.

Harris is demanding a first away win of the season at Carrow Road, with Millwall travelling on the back of one defeat in their last six Sky Bet Championship matches.
