Sam Gallagher banned for Birmingham

Birmingham will be without the suspended Sam Gallagher when Norwich visit St Andrew's.
The striker serves a one-match ban after being sent off during the 1-1 draw at Sunderland on Saturday, having earlier given Blues the lead.
David Davis will be pushing for a return to the starting line-up having come on with 10 minutes remaining at the Stadium of Light following his recovery from an ankle injury.
Marc Roberts, Che Adams and Isaac Vassell remain sidelined through injury.
Norwich will monitor the fitness of defender Grant Hanley.
The former Newcastle centre-half was replaced at half-time during Friday's 2-1 home defeat by Brentford with a swollen knee, so Christoph Zimmermann stands by to take his place.
Jamal Lewis came on in the second half to make his senior debut and he now could be in contention for a start.
Wes Hoolahan (hip) and Cameron Jerome (back) will again be absent while Josh Murphy, Alex Tettey and Tom Trybull may earn recalls with changes expected.
