Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud's hopes of a January departure have been hit by a hamstring injury.
The Mirror says Giroud's hamstring injury could rule the striker out of action until February, according to reports from France.
The muscle tear would also prevent the Arsenal forward from securing a move in the January transfer window.
Both Everton and West Ham have been among the teams monitoring Giroud's situation at the Emirates, as he has struggled to secure regular first team football at the club, and has made only one Premier League start this season.
