MORGAN SCHNEIDERLIN'S wife has gone for the throat of those who condemned her husband for swinging the lead.

Goodison stand-in boss David Unsworth confirmed midfielder Schneiderlin will be in his squad for today's trip to Crystal Palace along with the other so–called training rebel Kevin Mirallas.

Both were accused of a lack of effort and dropped from the squad before Everton's crucial 3–2 win over Watford.

Unsworth insists too much was made of his decision to give them the option of heading early to the showers, saying: "There's a lot been written that's wrong and false. It was something and nothing.

"Both were given the option to finish training and that was fine."

But Camille Schneiderlin went much further as she tweeted: "#bulls**t For all people who talked without knowing anything".

The French midfielder posted a similar message and Unsworth, still waiting to find out who he will make way for in the Goodison hotseat, stressed: "I know both players are committed.

"If they are not in the team against Palace, I can be sure both players are committed to this great football club."

Unsworth heads to Selhurst Park with Everton in deep trouble and seeking a first away win in 14 Premier League trips.

On the day Watford boss Marco Silva refused to rule himself out of contention to be the ultimate replacement for sacked Ronald Koeman the ex–Goodison centre-half pledged his commitment.

Unsworth said: "What will be will be. Other people will make the decision on who will be the Everton manager and I am fine with that.

"Whoever gets the honour, be it myself, wonderful. If not I will shake their hand and wish them all the best because I want them to succeed and I want this club to succeed."

Sam Allardyce this week revealed the dithering of majority owner Farhad Moshiri and his board on his appointment meant he had stepped away.

But Unsworth said: "Anyone who rules themselves out of this club surprises me."
