Morton twice came from behind to ruin St Mirren's 100 per cent home record in a 2-2 Scottish Championship draw.
It looked like business as usual for the Buddies on their own turf when Ian McShane scored from the spot midway through the second half.
Andy Murdoch levelled four minutes later, though, when he rifled in a brilliant shot before St Mirren restored their lead another four minutes later when Gavin Reilly got on the end of Cammy Smith's ball into the box and fired home.
The game was settled from the spot, though, as Gary Harkins converted in the 79th minute after a foul by Gregor Buchanan.
