Port Vale will be without defender Gavin Gunning for the Sky Bet League Two visit of Wycombe following his sending off during the midweek loss to Leeds.
Gunning was dismissed for a second bookable offence in the latter stages of the Carabao Cup tie and will serve a one-match ban.
Goalkeeper Rob Lainton will also be assessed after being withdrawn at half-time at Elland Road with a calf injury. Forward Tyrone Barnett (hamstring) is out.
Manager Michael Brown is likely to make changes after Lawrie Wilson, Marcus Harness, Antony DeFreitas, Cristian Montano and Tom Pope made way on Wednesday.
Wycombe hope forward Paris Cowan-Hall can shake off a back problem in time for Saturday's League Two trip to Wycombe.
Cowan-Hall was forced off at half-time in Wycombe's 2-0 home Carabao Cup defeat to Fulham on Tuesday night.
Boss Gareth Ainsworth is expected to make a number of changes for the return to league action.
QPR loanee Jack Williams could feature again after impressing in the Fulham loss.
