Saed Kolasinac will decide on his future "next week" with Arsenal and AC Milan in the running to secure the left-back's signature, according to his father.
Kolasinac is set to leave Schalke 04 at the end of the season when his contract expires and reports over the weekend have suggested that the 23-year-old has already agreed to join Arsenal.
The defender's father has however told TV N1 Sarajevo (via Football-Italia) that his son has not put pen to paper on a pre-contract agreement with the north London side.
On the contrary Kolasinac's dad seemed to indicate that it was actually AC Milan that had the advantage in the race to sign the Bosnian international, adding that "next week we will decide everything."
Ongoing discussions over the takeover of the club have stalled AC Milan's progression in talks to sign Kolasinac but now, with Yonghong Li's ownership finally sorted, the Italian side are pressing ahead to try and secure the left-back's signature.
Arsenal meanwhile will be hoping they can tempt Kolasinac to the Premier League but it's clear there is a tough race on to sign him.
