Diego Maradona isn't happy - he's set to take legal action over Pro Evolution makers Konami.
The Argentina legend hasn't taken kindly to the popular video game franchise using his likeness in the 2017 edition without his prior permission.
The feature myClub mode includes a host of past great including the World Cup winning frontman. But he did not grant the Japanese makers of this hence the statement on Facebook.
He posted a picture of his character on the game accompanied with the following message.
"I heard yesterday that the Japanese company Konami uses my image for its game PES 2017. Unfortunately, my lawyer Matias Morla will initiate the corresponding legal actions. I hope this is not another scam."
Meanwhile, tension is reportedly heating up between Maradona and Messi.
Messi picked up a four-match ban the other day for swearing at a linesman in Argentina's win over Chile last week, and according to reports Maradona gave the green light for his countryman to be suspended.
''Maradona as an ambassador of FIFA gave the go-ahead to Messi's 4 game ban decision.''

And speaking to La Oral Deportivo, Maradona has claimed that Messi rarely returns his calls, even saying it's easier to get in touch with the president of Argentina.
"Four matches for Messi is a lot and while the words were harsh, for me, it looks like it can be changed."
"It's easier to speak with Mauricio Macri (Argentina's president) than with Messi."
"I've called Messi a lot of times to talk but never got a response back. Messi's a great guy who doesn't complain about anything, trains... He's like a teddy bear with his team mates."
