Bradford AFC vs Walsall - Nathaniel Knight-Percival hopes to bolster Bradford's back line

Bradford defender Nathaniel Knight-Percival is hoping to return to action in the home game against Walsall.

Knight-Percival missed Sunday's defeat at play-off rivals Scunthorpe due to a gash on his forehead sustained in training last week but could return with the aid of a head guard and has not been ruled out by boss Stuart McCall.

Josh Cullen is back in contention after international duty with the Republic of Ireland Under-21s, while fellow midfielder Nicky Law will be assessed after missing five games due to a knee injury.

McCall has no other major injury or suspension concerns as his side bid to extend their unbeaten home league record this season.

Walsall are likely to still be without Celtic loanee Eoghan O'Connell as he continues to nurse a hamstring injury.

The centre-back missed the 3-2 defeat at Southend before the international break and was expected to be out for three weeks having suffered the problem earlier this month.

Fellow defender James O'Connor had been struggling with a hamstring injury but could return.

Florent Cuvelier (hamstring) and Reece Flanagan (dislocated shoulder) remain out for Jon Whitney's side.
