The Chelsea star has enjoyed a largely impressive five-year spell at Stamford Bridge.
And he's now revealed where he could be heading once they wrap up a second title in three years.

Asked where he'd like to visit in his homeland, Hazard said: "To be honest, I’ve been to most places in Belgium.
"We don’t have mountains like in France, but there are some parts where the altitude is high, so it would be good to visit those type of areas as I’ve never been before.
"That would be something different."
Chelsea star Eden Hazard has racked up 76 caps since making his Belgium debut in 2008
