Injury-hit Wigan remain without a host of players for their FA Cup third-round tie against Nottingham Forest.

Reece Burke (hip), Craig Morgan (groin), Reece James (ankle), Donervon Daniels (knee), Luke Garbutt (back), Alex Gilbey (ankle), David Perkins (hamstring) and Kyle Knoyle (elbow) are all still on the sidelines.

Latics are also short of goalkeeping cover for Jussi Jaaskelainen with Dan Lavercombe having suffered a hand injury.

With Adam Bogdan's loan from Liverpool having been cut short due to injury, 20-year-old Owen Evans was on the bench against Huddersfield on Monday fresh from returning from a loan at Rhyl.

Nottingham Forest defender Matt Mills will be pushing for a recall after serving a one-match suspension.

The centre-back missed Forest's defeat against Barnsley following his red card at Newcastle.

Goalkeeper Vladimir Stojkovic is also set to be available after missing the defeat against Barnsley. Full-back Dani Pinillos is available for selection after shaking off a knee injury which has kept him sidelined since November.

Defender Joe Worrall remains a doubt after missing Forest's last two games with a hip injury while Henri Lansbury (hamstring), Chris Cohen (groin), Danny Fox (strain) and Armand Traore (knee) are all unavailable.
