Bolton Wanderers vs Port Vale - Same again for high-flying Bolton against Port Vale

Phil Parkinson will select from the same pool of players when in-form Bolton entertain Port Vale at the Macron Stadium.
Wanderers went second in the table with a fourth straight league win at Bury on Monday, a fixture for which Lewis Buxton (knee) was back on the bench for.
Dean Moxey (groin) is back in training and Max Clayton (knee) is also closing in on a first-team return, though this fixture will likely come too soon for the pair.
Tom Thorpe (ankle), Darren Pratley (broken leg) and Mark Davies (knee) are all still on the Trotters' treatment table.
Vale will be without midfielder Sam Foley, who is set for ankle surgery after getting injured against Oxford and is likely to be out until the new year.
Quentin Pereira replaced Foley last weekend and could continue in the team should manager Bruno Ribeiro once again employ his favoured 4-2-3-1 formation.
Calvin MacIntosh also had to come off due to injury against Oxford but it is hoped the defender will be fit for the trip to the Macron Stadium. Should he miss out though, Ben Purkiss could be recalled.
Martin Paterson missed the Oxford game through injury but he could be fit this week while fellow forward Alex Jones (knee) remains out, although the Birmingham loanee's injury is not as bad as initially feared.
