Man City preparing huge bid to replace Aguero with Aubameyang
Pep Guardiola is ready to replace Sergio Aguero with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

MANCHESTER CITY have launched another bid to land Borussia Dortmund's £58 million rated hit man Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to replace Sergio Aguero.

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola says that Aguero axed for the midweek Champions League defeat against Barcelona can decide when he leaves the club.

Relations between Aguero and his manager are said to be tense which haven't gone un-noticed among the many clubs who have cast admiring eyes at the star.

Paris St Germain and AC Milan are both interested in signing the Argentina striker as are Real Madrid but they could be ruled out of the race as they have a transfer ban.

Gabon international Aubameyang admits that his father - also named Pierre - who acts as his advisor held talks with City in the summer about a switch but they didn't agree a deal

And the Sunday Express understands that there has been further contact between both parties within the last couple of weeks.

Guardiola has made no secret of his desire to take the current Bundesliga Player of the Year, 26, to the Etihad Stadium.

It would appear that he is ready to rip out much of the City old guard including Yaya Toure, Joe Hart, Vincent Kompany and Aguero

Manchester United and Chelsea have also been linked with Aubameyang but Guardiola has stolen a march on them both for a second time.

City won't have any problems in meeting Dortmund's valuation of Aubameyang who is under contract until 2020. The club will also have no problems in matching the player's personal terms.
