Pep Guardiola 'would love' to one day coach the Argentinian national team if the possibility were to arise, according to Sergio Aguero.
Now enjoying a profitable working relationship together at Manchester City, the high-profile duo have spoken openly about what lies in store for the future, and indeed, past rumours over Guardiola's interest in the Albiceleste job.
The former Barcelona manager was reportedly one of the names considered by the AFA after the resignations of Diego Maradona and Sergio Batista in the 2010/11 season, before Alejandro Sabella eventually took the job.
Currently away on international duty, the Manchester City forward revealed in an interview with TyCSports that his club boss still has aspirations of one day fulfilling the role.
"Guardiola said to me that though they haven't called him, he would love to coach the Argentina team'," Aguero told reporters.
