Romania cruised to their first win of the new World Cup qualifying campaign with a 5-0 win over 10-man Armenia in Yerevan.
The hosts' hopes were effectively dashed as early as the third minute when Gor Malakyan was sent off for a foul and Bogdan Stancu put the visitors ahead from the penalty spot.
Romania, who drew their opening Group E game against Montenegro last month, doubled their lead after 10 minutes through Adrian Popa.
Razvan Marin and Nicolae Stanciu made it 4-0 before half-time and Alexandru Chipciu completed the convincing win with the only strike of the second half.
