Chelsea No1 Courtois: English media always blames goalkeepers

Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has hit back at criticism from the English media.
He was rated statistically as having the poorest save rate among Premier League his peers before Saturdays 2-0 win at Hull. He had faced 17 shots in six games and 53 per cent of them had hit the back of the net.
But the Belgium international, preparing for Friday's World Cup qualifier against Bosnia, said: "I'm really self-critical enough to realise when I'm in the wrong, and if I have caused a goal. And that not too much has happened this season. Only with the Swansea penalty mistake I may have done better.
"In England they quickly point at the goalkeeper. Just look at what happened to Mignolet at Liverpool. But he'll be fine again. Simon is a top keeper."
