Doncaster Rovers vs Carlisle - Doncaster midfielder Matty Blair faces late fitness test ahead of Carlisle clash

Doncaster midfielder Matty Blair is expected to prove his fitness in time for the home game against Carlisle.

Blair sustained a knock in Saturday's defeat at Luton, but should be available to boss Darren Ferguson.

Ferguson has no new injury or suspension problems, but is unlikely to be boosted by the return of any of his injured players. Gary McSheffrey (groin), Craig Alcock (ankle), Paul Keegan, Luke McCullough, Aaron Taylor-Sinclair (all knee) and Mitchell Lund (kidney) are all still out.

Defender Mathieu Baudry made his debut for the club off the bench at Luton after recovering from an Achilles injury and although on-loan Aston Villa defender Niall Mason (groin) is back in training, Tuesday night will come too soon.

Carlisle boss Keith Curle will check on striker Charlie Wyke ahead of his side's trip to the Keepmoat Stadium.

Wyke limped out of Saturday's 1-0 win over Wycombe with a knee injury and could be replaced in the starting line-up by Jamie Devitt.

Reggie Lambe and Jabo Ibehre are also pushing for places in the starting line-up after coming off the bench at the weekend.

But Curle is set to stay loyal to striker Shaun Miller, who netted the winner against the Chairboys after returning from a spell in the reserves.
