7M - Would Jose Mourinho become the next Van Gaal?

After Manchester United suffered 3 successive defeats in all competitions, they have dropped into the 7th on the EPL standing. Many Red Devil fans kept complaining about their side's recent poor performance, and there was one question haunted in their mind - why Manchester United showed such gloomy form even in front of weak sides like Feyenoord and Watford, after Jose Mourinho claimed that he had assembled a perfect side equipped with strong attacking duo Paul Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic?

It's no doubt that currently Manchester United are stuck into their dim performance, goal drought and loose defense, which was featured in their last season under Louis Van Gaal's charge. After spending a large sum of money this summer to bring Paul Pogba from Juventus and Zlatan Ibrahimovic from PSG, Manchester United still could not shed away from their plain show. So it's reasonable that Red Devil fans pin their criticism on their new manager Jose Mourinho and shout for his departure. If the Portuguese could not find a way to solve the problems, he may follow Louis Van Gaal's footstep to leave Old Trafford.

So what problems remain in this newly adjustive squad?

Paul Pogba joined from Juventus to Manchester United with a record-breaking ï¿¡89m transfer, but later it turned out that the French midfielder didn't match his stunning transfer fee. Paul Pogba had made a record after he rejoined the Red Devil, but no the good one - 3 games 3 hairstyles, but no goal. Jose Mourinho still need to figure out how to vitalize this potential goalscorer's form, and what's more, fix a suitable place for him to cooperate with another 2 brilliant strikers - Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcus Rashford.

Another problem evoking fans' rage is Manchester United's loose defense. After conceding 3 goals in the match against Watford, Jose Mourinho criticized Luke Shaw's poor performance. But the truth is Luke Shaw ran out of energy in that match and he just came back from long-term injury. In fact, Manchester United's full backs are still adjusting Mourinho's new approach. So the former Chelsea coach need to fix his philosophy into Red Devil's defensive system as soon as possible.

Would Jose Mourinho become the next Van Gaal? No one could tell at present. But we all hope Manchester United could find back their rhythm.
