Eden Hazard has revealed that Antonio Conte is expecting the Belgium international to score more goals for Chelsea this season.
The Belgian playmaker is looking to bounce back from a disappointing campaign last season in which he dramatically failed to hit the same heights as the previous campaign, when he inspired Chelsea to the Premier League title.
Hazard has already looked to have stepped his game up this season after helping Chelsea to secure three wins from their opening three top-flight games this term.
The 25-year-old has already netted twice for the Blues, including in the 3-0 win at Burnley last weekend.
And Hazard has lifted the lid on what new manager Conte has brought to Chelsea, as well has his individual demands placed on Hazard.
Speaking in an interview with Chelsea's website, Hazard said: "He's tried to give us confidence.
"He knows players because he used to be one. We had one bad season but we are trying to do better. He tries to motivate us and we are giving everything.
"He told me to sometimes to go inside, sometimes to stay wide and open up the game. He wants me to score some goals and make a difference."
Chelsea's next game is a trip to Swansea City after the international break, on Sunday 11 September.
