Tottenham have signed Newcastle midfielder Moussa Sissoko for a reported £30 million, the Premier League club have announced.
At the end of a crazy deadline day, which saw Spurs drop and rekindle interest in the French international on numerous occasions, the move was finally completed seconds before the transfer window closed, with Sissoko signing a five-year contract.
Everton believed they had earlier agreed a deal for Sissoko, but the North London club won the race in the end.
