Juan Cuadrado has sealed a three-year loan move from Chelsea to Juventus
Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado has joined Juventus on a three-year loan deal until 2019, the Italian club have confirmed.
Cuadrado, who spent last year on loan in Turin, will now spend the next three seasons in Italy on a contract heavily based on incentives.
The loan deal involves a fee of €5m (£4.2m) and includes the option to purchase Cuadrado permanently for €25m (£21.2) should certain appearances and results be met during the loan period of three years.
On top of this, Juventus may have to pay Chelsea a further €4m (£3.3m) should the club achieve "certain sporting results during the player's contract of employment".
Cuadrado featured in pre-season for Chelsea but has now left in a deal which could be made permanent dependent on appearances and results
Cuadrado has 56 caps for Colombia and signed for Chelsea following a series of eye-catching displays during the 2014 World Cup in a transfer worth £26.1m from Fiorentina.
Since then, Cuadrado has made just four starts for Chelsea, spending last season on loan with the Old Lady, where he made 40 appearances in all competitions and scored five goals as Juventus secured a fifth straight Serie A title.
