Walsall vs Bury - Adam Chambers could return for Walsall against Bury

Walsall boss Jon Whitney is hoping to have Adam Chambers back for Saturday's visit of Bury.

The 35-year-old has missed the last three league games with a hamstring problem but is now nearing a return for the Saddlers.

Midfielder Erhun Oztumer is also pushing for a start after recovering from a back injury while the Saddlers are also monitoring the progress of Rico Henry.

The left-back dislocated his shoulder earlier this month but the injury was not as bad as first feared and the 19-year-old does not need an operation.

James Vaughan could be handed his Bury debut in the midlands.

The striker, formerly of Everton, Norwich and Huddersfield among others, signed a two-year deal with the Shakers this week and has already played 120 minutes this month for Birmingham.

Shakers boss David Flitcroft is confident Kelvin Etuhu will feature, even though he was forced off with an injury against Oldham, while Nathan Cameron (knee) has a chance to feature too.

The game comes around too soon for Chris Brown, Andrew Tutte (hamstring) and Neil Danns (foot), though.
