Bologna 1 - 0 Crotone: Late Mattia Destro strike gives Bologna winning start against Crotone

Mattia Destro's late goal ensured Bologna made a winning start to the season by beating Serie A debutants Crotone 1-0 at the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara.
Bologna deserved their victory and it was one-way traffic for much of the game as the Serie B play-off winners struggled to adjust to the step up to the top flight.
Summer signing Ladislav Krejci and Saphir Taider saw shots hit a post while Bologna twice had the ball in the net through Destro and Krejci only to be denied on each occasion by an offside flag.
Destro scored the winning goal with four minutes left went he went on the counter-attack from a Blerim Dzemaili pass, dummied one defender and nutmegged another before firing the ball past goalkeeper Alex Cordaz.
