Tuchel confident Aubameyang will stay
Borussia Dortmund coach Thomas Tuchel is confident striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will remain with the Bundesliga outfit, despite reported interest from Manchester City.

The Signal Park outfit have already sold three key players in Ilkay Gundogan, Mats Hummels and Henrikh Mkhitaryan to Manchester City, FC Bayern München and Manchester United respectively this summer, and Tuchel is adamant that the Gabonese striker will remain with the club.

Speaking to BBC Sport, Tuchel said he is 'totally confident' that the 27-year-old who is contracted to Dortmund until 2020 is going nowhere.

"Right now he is our player, he stays our player," Tuchel said. "I am totally confident [he will stay]. He is a huge personality for us. Right now, I would say he stays but I can't predict the future."

City and Dortmund face each other in the International Champions Cup in China on Thursday, although Aubameyang will not feature as he is at home to be with his pregnant wife.
