The 20-year-old was previously contracted to Die Adler until the end of last season, but has committed his long-term future to Niko Kovac's side despite being sidelined with a torn cruciate ligament injury.
"I'm really pleased about the contract extension and the trust Eintracht have shown in me," Stendera told the club's official website.
"It's a good sign after my injury and I'm really pleased that I'll be able to play at Eintracht for the next four years.
Frankfurt sporting director Bruno Hubner revealed that Kovac and the technical staff highlighted Stendera's potential and plan to build the squad around the German Under-21 international over the coming years.
"Even though Marc still isn't available after his serious injury, we wanted to tie him to the club for the coming years and show how highly regarded he is through the extension," Hubner said.
"Marc is a very talented player who is a cornerstone of our planning for the future."
Since graduating from the club's academy, Stendera has made 67 appearances, scoring five goals and registering eight assists.
