Mihajlovic takes over at Torino

Sinisa Mihajlovic has been appointed as manager of Torino, replacing Giampiero Ventura after a disappointing season at the helm.
Ventura failed to improve on the seventh position he helped the club attain in 2013, ending ninth and 12th in the two campaigns that followed.
Mihajlovic was sacked as AC Milan coach in January and replaced by Cristian Brocchi, who also struggled to get the best out of the Rossoneri in the second half of the season.
"I want to thank the President Urbano Cairo, the director Petrachi and everyone at Torino for the trust they've placed in me," Mihajlovic said in a statement on the club's official website.
"To be able to work at a club with a history as glorious and prestigious as Torino is a source of great pride for me.
"This is a unique place, the Granata public is known around Italy for their passion, their great attachment to the team, for their strong sense of attachment to the shirt
"These are important values, that I see in myself, and also for this reason I can't wait to start."
