Roma face a fight to keep their star midfielder Miralem Pjanic at the club after Bayern Munich have identified him as a top transfer target.
With Radja Nainggolan already known to be hunted by Chelsea, the Giallorossi's midfield could be depleted by the start of next season if the interested parties get their way.
Kicker report that incoming Bayern Munich boss Carlo Ancelotti is a big admirer of the Bosnian international, and would be willing to sanction a move that would trigger the player's release clause.
A figure of 38 million would be needed from the Bavarian outfit's chequebook to match the release clause of the playmaker.
Pjanic has featured for the Lupi for a total of five seasons now after joining in 2012 from French giants Lyon, with Roma then shelling out 11 million to pluck him from Ligue 1.
With 31 Serie A appearances so far this season, the 26-year-old has scored nine goals and provided 10 assists. He has added a further two strikes and an assist in seven Champions League matches.
