Livingston 0 - 1 Raith Rovers: Aidan Connolly effort enough to sink Livingston
Posted Sunday, May 01, 2016 by PA
Aidan Connolly's goal was enough to extend Raith's unbeaten league run to 11 games as they claimed a 1-0 victory at Livingston in the Ladbrokes Championship.
The hosts were coming off last week's shock victory over already promoted Rangers but were second best for much of the afternoon as Ryan Hardie and Craig Barr should have given Raith a first-half lead.
But their dominance soon paid off after the interval as Connolly was on hand to tap in from close range on the 50-minute mark.
Iain Davidson's header almost doubled the visitors' advantage in the closing stages as Raith secured all three points.
