RUMORS: Man Utd to bid $95 million for Griezmann

The Atletico Madrid superstar has scored 29 goals for Atletico Madrid this season and the Red Devils are now prepared to launch a huge bid to secure his signature this summer

Manchester United is ready to launch a 65 million pound ($95 million) bid for Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann, according to The Sun.

United is keen to recruit a forward this summer and have added Griezmann to Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang on its shortlist of potential acquisitions.

It is understood that the club's interest in the France international, who has scored 29 goals for Atletico, is not dependant on Louis van Gaal's future, with the Dutchman in line to be replaced by Jose Mourinho.
