Carlisle vs Luton Town - Carlisle without banned pair Hallam Hope and Mark Ellis against Luton

Carlisle will be without suspended pair Hallam Hope and Mark Ellis for the home game against Luton.

Hope was shown a straight red and Ellis two yellows in Saturday's goalless draw at Cambridge and start respective three and one-game bans.

Boss Keith Curle will hand late fitness tests to centre-half Michael Raynes, who sustained a head injury at the weekend, and striker Charlie Wyke, who was forced off with a knock.

Macauley Gillesphey is pushing for a recall to the starting line-up in central defence and defender David Atkinson could return to contention after missing out at Cambridge due to a stomach bug.

Luton manager Nathan Jones is expected to make few changes to his team following their 3-2 win at Oxford on Saturday.

Defender Jake Howells made his first appearance since March 1 as a late substitute on Saturday having returned from a knee injury but he is expected to remain on the bench.

Captain Scott Cuthbert continues to struggle with a muscle problem and he is also unlikely to be risked.

Jack Marriott is fit, despite being forced off last week against Dagenham, but Joe Pigott's two goals at the weekend mean he is expected to be a substitute.
