Chesterfield vs Sheffield United - Jamal Campbell-Ryce misses Chesterfield clash with parent club Sheffield United

On-loan Chesterfield winger Jamal Campbell-Ryce will miss the visit of his parent club Sheffield United.

Campbell-Ryce would not have been eligible to play against the Blades anyway but his red card last weekend in the Spireites' victory at Barnsley means he will serve a one-match suspension.

Declan John has been recalled by Cardiff from his loan spell at the Proact Stadium but his departure is softened by the return to fitness of Dion Donohue (hamstring) and the impressive recent form of Drew Talbot at full-back.

Liam O'Neil is not ready to return from his ankle injury while Ian Evatt (Achilles), Angel Martinez (knee) and Dan Jones are all out for the rest of the season as Chesterfield fight to stay in League One.

Blades boss Nigel Adkins looks set to have the same group of players to choose from as he did for the previous outing.

That was last Saturday's 0-0 home draw with Gillingham, from which it appears no fresh injury concerns have emerged.

John Brayford remains sidelined by the calf problem that may have brought the defender's season to a premature end.

The other man still out injured is midfielder Kieran Wallace, who last featured for the first team in December.
