Preston North End vs Brighton & Hove Albion - Eoin Doyle in contention for Preston

Simon Grayson can welcome Eoin Doyle back to his Preston squad for the visit of Brighton to Deepdale.

The on-loan striker was ineligible to play when North End were beaten 2-1 by his parent club Cardiff at the weekend and he is now free to take his place in the squad.

Grayson, who has no new injury or suspension concerns, has named an unchanged XI for four successive fixtures but may be tempted to make slight alterations after dropping points for the first time in five games.

Jermaine Beckford, Liam Grimshaw and Stevie May (all knee) are all still out, as is Chris Humphrey (shin).

Brighton's injury problems have eased ahead of the trip to Deepdale.

Winger Kazenga LuaLua is fit after a knee problem and full-back Gaeten Bong is back in training, having been sidelined since October with a thigh injury.

However, manager Chris Hughton is unlikely to make many changes after the thumping 4-0 win over Leeds on Monday night.

Defender Uwe Hunemeier (groin) and midfielder Solly March (knee) remain unavailable.
