Neymar in another spin

Brazil's National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) has seized a helicopter owned by Neymar as part of the ongoing legal case being brought against the Barcelona player for alleged tax evasion, according to reports in the Brazilian press.
Apparently the helicopter, worth an estimated 3.8 million dollars, wasn't included in the list of assets frozen by the Brazilian authorities on 15th February, which did include real estate properties, a yacht and a jet, which ANAC were notified of according to Brazilian Daily 'Estadao'.
Like the other assets that have already been frozen, Neymar can still use the helicopter but is unable to sell it until the Sao Paulo Federal Court in Santos, who are handling the case, say otherwise.
The Brazil and Barcelona striker's lawyers, as well as those of his club, have announced their intention to appeal against ANAC's decision.
The court ordered Neymar's assets be frozen to ensure the payment of outstanding taxes and possible fines resulting from the alleged irregularities regarding the player's image rights and his move to the Spanish club back in June 2013.
