Liverpool Transfer News: Real star's hint, loan move blocked, big deadline day deal
Liverpool are on red alert for Denis Cheryshev

Liverpool have been placed on red alert over Denis Cheryshev's future.

The Reds are thought to be considering a late swoop for the Real Madrid player who is available on loan but could be bought for around £7million.

And Real boss Zinedine Zidane admits Cheryshev could leave before tomorrow's 11pm deadline.

"We'll see tomorrow but yes, Cheryshev could leave," Zidane said as quoted by Spanish paper AS.

"He's a great player but he needs to play."

Jurgen Klopp has reportedly blocked a loan move for Jerome Sinclair.

Watford harbour a strong interest in the 19-year-old, who has been on the fringes of the first team at Anfield.

Although Hornets boss Quique Sanchez Flores admitted last week he was hopeful of signing Sinclair, Liverpool have other ideas.

Alex Teixeira is one of Liverpool's top targets

The Daily Mirror claim the Reds won't sanction his departure this window, despite Sinclair being out of contract at the end of the season.

Klopp has been backed to seal a late deal for Alex Teixeira.

The Reds have already had a £24.5million bid rejected for the Brazilian, with Shakhtar Donetsk holding out for a fee of £38m.

But Anfield legend Barnes thinks a deal could be struck on deadline day tomorrow.

"I would be wary of matching Shakhtar Donetsk's massive valuation of him, but I can see late negotiations between the clubs happening," he told Titanbet.
