RETURN: Cristiano Ronaldo could return to Old Trafford for Portugal against England
The Daily Mirror claim FA chiefs have spoken to Portuguese officials about staging the game before the tournament in France.
Ronaldo would be a huge draw if the clash takes place and would guarantee a sell-out crowd at the home of Manchester United.
England manager Roy Hodgson is hoping for three pre-tournament friendlies which would take place at Wembley, Old Trafford and in the north east.

Argentina are also being targeted as possible opponents for the Three Lions which would see five-time Ballon d'Or winner Lionel Messi appear.
Hodgson will be back at the headquarters of the FA next week to finalise his squad's fixtures and plans before they fly to France for Euro 2016 in the summer.
Portugal are keen on the friendly with England but both countries want to be certain the date suits them before they participate in the tournament.
SPECULATION: Ronaldo has been linked with a move back to Man United in the summer
The Three Lions start their campaign against Russia in Marseille on June 11, before facing rivals Wales on June 16 in Lens.
Hodgson's men finish Group B with a clash against Slovakia in St-Etienne on June 20.
