Real Madrid will target Premier League stars such as Harry Kane, Eden Hazard, David de Gea and John Stones this summer while they protest their transfer ban, according to the Daily Star.
The Spanish club have been banned from signing players for the next two transfer windows but hope the process of appealing that decision will push the punishment back to January 2017 even if they are unsuccessful in having it lifted.
That would allow Madrid to significantly strengthen their squad by targeting the cream of the English top flight while holding on to key forwards Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale.
Atletico Madrid, who have received the same sanction, will reportedly step up their interest in bringing Diego Costa back to the Vicente Calderon.
The league leaders are also said to be interested in Watford striker Odion Ighalo, who has bagged 13 goals this season.
