Judge summons Neymar to testify about Barca move
Brazilian to appear in court on 2nd February

High Court judge Jose de la Mata has ordered Neymar, Josep Maria Bartomeu and Sandro Rosell to take the stand on 1st and 2nd February after ruling that they have a case to answer on the charges of fraud and corruption relating to the Brazilian star's move to Barcelona.In a writ issued on Wednesday, the judge also summoned Neymar's parents, the Barca and Santos legal departments, the company N&N Consultoria Esportiva e Empresarial, and Santos directors Luis Álvaro de Oliveira Ribeiro and Odílio Rodrigues Filho.Neymar, who will appear as a defendant, will testify on 2nd February at 10:00, the day after Rosell and Bartomeu.
