Full-backs Cameron Dummigan and Daniel Lafferty are available for Oldham's home game against Millwall on Saturday after signing new loan deals at Boundary Park.

Lafferty has overcome the shoulder injury that cut short his previous loan at Oldham while his Burnley team-mate Dummigan has extended his youth loan at the League One strugglers until January 30.

Manager David Dunn will be hoping Rhys Murphy can provide the goals for his team in the absence of top scorer Danny Philliskirk, who left Oldham for Blackpool on Thursday.

Left-back Richard Eckersley and striker Jonathan Forte are out of Saturday's game with knee injuries.

Millwall boss Neil Harris will be without experienced campaigner Carlos Edwards.

The 37-year-old full-back had only just returned to action before sustaining a hamstring injury in last weekend's defeat at Barnsley.

"Carlos is definitely going to be out for a period of time, he's pulled his hamstring. He's going to be out for a number of weeks," Harris said.

Jimmy Abdou, usually a midfielder, was deployed at right-back with Edwards forced off and he could remain there at Boundary Park as fellow defender Shaun Cummings is also a fitness doubt.
