Port Vale vs Maidenhead United - Vale striker Ikpeazu available again for cup clash

Port Vale striker Uche Ikpeazu returns to contention following suspension for Sunday's home FA Cup tie against Maidenhead.

Ikpeazu missed last week's home win against Shrewsbury due to a one-game ban and boss Rob Page must decide whether to recall him to the starting line-up or retain Ajay Leitch-Smith and Louis Dodds up front.

Byron Moore (groin) returned to the side last week and fellow midfielder Chris Birchall (thigh) was back in the squad as an unused substitute, but winger Enoch Andoh's knee injury has ruled him out for the rest of the season.

Goalkeeper Chris Neal is pushing for his first appearance of the campaign after returning to the bench last week following an ankle injury sustained in the summer.

Maidenhead manager Alan Devonshire will have the luxury of picking from a fully fit squad.

The former England international will take his National League South side to Vale Park in a rich run of form.

The Magpies have won their past six games in all competitions and have scored 16 goals in the process.

Dave Tarpey netted a hat-trick in Maidenhead's 4-3 win over Basingstoke last Saturday and he will be one for the League One team to keep an eye on.
