Frosinone 2 - 1 Carpi: Paolo Sammarco clinches late win for Frosinone over Carpi
Posted Thursday, October 29, 2015 by PA
Paolo Sammarco scored in stoppage time as Frosinone beat fellow Serie A strugglers Carpi 2-1.
Basement boys Carpi fell behind in the 51st minute when Daniel Ciofani collected Federico Dionisi's pass and fired left footed into the bottom right corner.
But the visitors, with just one win to their name all season, equalised after Marco Borriello set up Luca Marrone to drive home.
Both sides were reduced to 10 men with Frosinone's Danilo Soddimo and Borriello seeing red.
But Sammarco had the final say when he tapped in Dionisi's cross a minute into time added on.
