Gillingham vs Scunthorpe United - Ryan Jackson suspended for Gillingham's clash with Scunthorpe

Sky Bet League One leaders Gillingham will be without defender Ryan Jackson when they welcome Scunthorpe to Priestfield.

The 25-year-old picked up his fifth booking of the season in Saturday's 1-0 victory over basement boys Crewe and will serve a one-match ban.

Luke Norris is expected to be unavailable after he was forced off in the first half at Gresty Road, while fellow forward Cody McDonald will be checked after picking up a foot injury in the same game.

On-loan Cardiff defender Deji Oshilaja remains sidelined with a knee injury.

Scunthorpe manager Mark Robins could name an unchanged side once more as they seek a fourth win in a row against the league leaders.

Robins' men have shrugged off a sluggish start to the new season with wins over Fleetwood, Oldham and Shrewsbury, scoring seven goals in the process.

And there could be more attacking intent shown by the Iron in Kent with attacking midfielder Luke Williams back in contention after two development side outings.

Niall Canavan, Stephen Dawson and Jamie Ness remain on the sidelines for Robins' increasingly buoyant men.
