Blackpool vs Millwall - Blackpool boss Neil McDonald sweating on two for Millwall clash
Posted Monday, October 19, 2015 by PA
Neil McDonald is hopeful his Blackpool squad will have two players back from injury for the visit of Millwall to Bloomfield Road.
Striker Martin Paterson has been troubled by a hamstring issue which forced him to miss out against Coventry while David Norris picked up a calf injury in the 1-0 win over Swindon, with both players possibly back in action this Tuesday night.
McDonald added to his options on Monday by bringing in Bolton full-back Hayden White on loan until January and the 20-year-old is eligible to make his debut against the Lions.
Defender Lloyd Jones, another loanee borrowed from Liverpool, is out for the long term having undergone ankle surgery.
Millwall manager Neil Harris is expected to make few changes to his team following Saturday's 2-0 defeat of Swindon.
Paris Cowan-Hall is back in contention having returned to training following a groin injury but he is unlikely to start.
Ed Upson, owing to a knee injury, and Nadjim Abdou, because of a collarbone injury, remain unavailable.
Beyond those two, Harris has a fully-fit and available squad from which to choose.
