Celta Vigo forward Nolito is open to the idea of joining Arsenal in January, according to reports from Metro.
The 28-year-old wide attacker has emerged as a Gunners target of late with Arsene Wenger thought to be considering him alongside Aleksandr Kokorin ahead of the winter window.
Nolito has also been aligned with a move back to Barcelona in 2016 on the back of his impressive form for Celta.
The versatile ace created the most chances (95) of any player in La Liga last season and he’s already hit five goals this term.
And now Metro, referencing Fichajes, claim that despite interest from Barca, Nolito is open to the idea of joining Arsenal thanks to the presence of compatriots Mikel Arteta, Hector Bellerin, Santi Cazorla and Nacho Monreal.
Such developments appear to contradict claims from the player himself that he would only leave Celta to re-sign for Barcelona.
