Barcelona crippled at both ends

Barcelona are only a point off the top spot, but they have not had a good start to the league at either end of the pitch. Their statistics for the first seven games tell the story.
Luis Enrique's men have conceded nine goals. Injury to Bravo meant that Marc-Andre ter Stegen returned to the starting line-up. However, the German shot-stopper paid the price for Barcelona's shaky defensive line and the Chilean regained his place as soon as he was fit. In Sevilla he conceded twice. The problem is not just down to a minority though. All of the defenders have question marks surrounding them.
However, Barcelona's problems are more pervasive than that. Up front, one of the most attacking-minded teams in the world have only managed 12 goals. Luis Suarez and Neymar need to pick up the baton in the absence of their star player Leo Messi, who is out injured. So far, they have been unable to fill his boots.
